There are sooooooooo many reasons why I started Meditating, but I will only list 3 main reasons.
1) Release Stress 2) Decrease Anxiety 3) Increase Spirituality I was working at a job (where I am no longer at (Thank You Jesus) and my supervisors no longer wanted me to work there either. My stress level was at an all-time high, I’ve just have had a baby, she was always sick and my supervisors kept calling me in the office for any and everything and even wrote me up for not making it to work after getting into a car accident with my baby in the car. So yeah! My life was a mess and that’s just the beginner, things got a lot worse. On the brighter side, things got better. I decided to make some major changes in my life. Now looking back, I’m so Thankful. I give myself so much credit. I am such a strong person and I don’t regret anything that I’ve said or done. I’m Strong, I’m passionate, I’m outspoken, I’m a warrior, I’m loving, I’m caring, and when I get angry I could bring a storm. Meditation came easy for me. I’ve always connected with water and wind. Not sure why, but I’ve always thought about water and earthy things. I guess that’s why connect more with Oya Goddess. The breathing techniques was a little hard to get use too, I’m still getting used to it. After practicing Reparatory breathing, my breathing has gotten better. I’m not saying my life is perfect because its defiantly not, but Meditation has helped me balance my life on a day to day as well as it has helped me to eliminate the things/people that serves me no good in my life. I am not professional or doctor, but I encourage you to do your research first. Healthy Regards, Shorikka Access Operations Agent-SPARC |
