Hey Fran Hey
Hey Fran Hey! I can say so much about this woman right here. OOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEE. Yall don’t understand. Let me see if I can express myself through words to make you feel what I feel when I think of Fran.
Hey Fran Hey was Born April 24, 1982 and she’s from Harlem, the hood. As she would say.
She’s like my YouTube Beyoncé. If you know what I mean. She has literally changed my life. I’ve had some struggles and I had to climb some high ass mountains in my life, and I have fallen a lot of times, but I’ve learned a lot from her and there have been some parts in my life that has improved. Don’t get me wrong now, church has helped me as well. However, when deciding to change your lifestyle you don’t know how to start and or when to start and what to use and what not to use, etc. It can be overwhelming. I started following Fran on YouTube in 2012. She has a website called Heyfranhey.com. I have really bad sensitive skin with a lot of breakouts, I even have eczema, but you wouldn’t even know it because I do a lot to my skin since following Fran. I thought about only using natural clean products on my skin and hair, but I didn’t know how to go about it or what to use or how to use oils. One day searching YouTube I landed on Frans channel. Thank you, Jesus! Is what I said to myself. A woman of color, curvy, and healthy was music to my ears. If you haven’t had a chance, please go and subscribe to her channel. You will be able to find information on how to mediate, DIY’S, best products for hair or skin, and healthy eating.
She is a great resource to use when you need to know info on organic DIY’s or products. I love Fran, just by talking about her I tend to tear up because she has inspired me to take better care of myself in areas that were needed and other areas that are still in need of some changes. I’ve gained so much knowledge from listening to the Friend Zone Podcast. Listening to her once a week makes my week even that much better. I feel like I connect with her on so many levels, it’s not even funny. She’s so honest and real. I love it. I also want to add she has created a Wellness Retreat tour with 2 other amazing women. Check that out on her website! I’m so going and can’t wait for her to come to the Bay. I need to attend because I still have problems. I’m human yall!
Fran is a host on The Friend Zone Podcast with 2 other guys who are sooooooooo funny crazy and that is Dustin and Assante. They never disappointment me at all. WHO IN THE HELL WANTS A MUSTY BRAIN?
